Renée Gaddis Interiors have been shortlisted for Living Space – Global in The International Design & Architecture Awards 2020
Gilded Noir by Renée Gaddis Interiors is a model home that was also a new build. Indeed, the home was custom designed from beginning to end. There was a budget in mind by the investor, but of course this in no way impinged on what is a gorgeously executed project.
This spec home is expansive, open and all things modern. Grey velvets, textured fabrics, brass metals, and warm wood tones greet you as you enter the main area of this home. Plush seating, visually appealing lighting elements and a LED fireplace complete the living, family and kitchen areas. Fun accessories add character throughout the master and guest bedrooms making the space cosy and complete. All bathrooms feature beautiful flooring and shower tiles with custom cabinetry, and a spacious outdoor living area perfect for hot summer barbeques and afternoon swims.
The mixture of metals featured within each area of Gilded Noir served to be a favourite aspect of the project for Renée Gaddis and her team. With specialist woodworking and tile design, everything within Gilded Noir blends together very nicely and is a unique design for the Naples Area.
Another important thing to mention is the fact that Gilded Noir features a variety of environmentally friendly materials that the investor wanted the design team to stick to including natural flooring, countertop materials and wood features. This injection of sustainability is a great facet of the design.
All in all, Renée Gaddis professes that designing this home was a true blast and they truly hope that everyone who views the property feels the same love that went into it.
