The Aspen Glen Residence is located on the premier lot in Aspen’s premier golf club. The coveted lot is directly adjacent to the Roaring Fork River with river views and a majestic Mount Sopris backdrop.
A one of a kind residence, this home contains 5 bedrooms plus office with 6 full bathrooms and 2 powder rooms. To maximize river frontage and increase privacy, the house was laid out around 140 square meters of inner courtyard that embraces the views and is well equipped with an infinity edge hot-tub, fire-pit and outdoor kitchen. The living room, kitchen and dining areas all open onto this courtyard via two 16’ folding walls, creating a free-flowing open concept indoor/ outdoor space.
