Mercury Design have now short-listed two properties in the Residential £5 million plus category.

Rutland Gate is a lateral 3 Bedroom, 3 bathroom residential apartment which has been intricately designed to incorporate meticulous contemporary finish. Combining 2 traditional lateral apartments to 1 modern and luxurious apartment over 2 buildings and maximizing the use of natural light and high ceilings.

The construction and design tolerance levels are extreme as all skirtings, cornices and architraves are replaced with shadow gaps allowing design and construction tolerances of no more than 2mm throughout the apartment – a Super Yacht finish!
