Jonathan Williams Luxury Kitchens & Bespoke Furniture have been shortlisted for Kitchen Design Over £150,000 Award in The International Design and Architecture Awards 2020.
Jonathan Williams were enlisted to complete the full Kitchen and Alcove project to compliment this new build in the style of a Neo Georgian residence. The large open plan space allows kitchen, living and dining to be accommodated and contrast beautifully. The 30mm custom crafted cabinetry was hand painted on site to give a stunning matte finish in both Kitchen and Island colours.
The feeling of quality is emphasised by the solid oak internals throughout, keeping a warmth within this large open space, while the dovetail drawer boxes have custom engraving. A bespoke Jonathan Williams Canterbury Canopy, like the entire project, was handmade and adds grandeur to the scheme while complementing the La Canche range cooker. Armac Martin handles were chosen to complete the luxury look.
The large Jonathan Williams Canterbury Canopy tops te lacanche range beautifully to give a vocal point to the kitchen’s main workstation. Indeed, this facet serves to be a favourite feature of the project for Jonathan Williams. There is a unique warmth given to the open spacing through the oak interiors, built in chopping boards and colour scheme we chose for this project. As a new build, this project was kept free from any restrictions in style.
All the timber work was hand joined within our factory by our master tradesmen, including our dovetail drawers. Each unit and door were specifically hand crafted for this project and hand painted on site. Given the Neo Georgian exterior of this residence, the Canterbury style collection was chosen for the Kitchen and Alcoves to give a unique edge and flow, complimenting the entire house.
