Wilber & Associates Limited, who recently shortlisted for the Asia-Pacific Design & Architecture Awards 2013, have found success by converting an old, industrial warehouse into a luxury clubhouse.

The project involved creating a club and concept office from what was originally an industrial building. The idea behind the concept was to promote organic fish farming and green business.

Within the private clubhouse is a demo kitchen for tasting quality organic fish. A French style dining area, wine cellar and display area showcasing quality French products.

This was a completely new design for MEP, offering many new facilities. A favourite aspect of the project was a laser cut metal pattern wall panel and glass inlaid sliding door and a custom designed wine cellar.
