Secret Cape Ltd have been shortlisted for Residential Property by Value £10 million plus in The International Design and Architecture Awards 2020.
Working on this exclusive project, the design team of Secret Cape Ltd were aiming to keep the grandeur and opulence of the property yet giving the space a serene and sophisticated ambiance. Each room has been designed and crafted to create a unique character that highlights the vibrant soul of the property. The concept behind the design was to create a modern space with a dash of classic style. Secret Cape Ltd’s designers integrated the selection of exceptional materials from abstract golden spider marble to antique polished brass to convey sophistication. The property’s luxurious profile is emphasised by golden finishes, unique detailing, and bespoke statement pieces.
The Favourite Aspect of this project is the Grand Salon/Dining Room, that brings out a regal feel and truly reflects the elegance and the grandeur of the property. Abundant natural light accentuated the four exquisite and bespoke Lalique crystal chandeliers, which with no doubt are a centrepiece of the room. These factors have helped create a space that stands out whilst also fitting in with the needs of the client.
The selections and the materials have been particularly picked to provide the calm and a serene atmosphere. The windows of the flat have been dressed to incorporate the view as an element of the surrounding and provide a wider scope. Not obstructing the view but the view becomes a real scenery communicating to the inner space. There is something very magical that you feel as soon as you enter the flat, a sense of serenity, and at the same time powerful energy. You could stay in the living-room forever due to its serene feel.
