design et al is delighted to announce PFA design srl as a shortlisted company in the Interior Design Award – Power Yacht cagetory. Stella di Mare, built by Cantiere della Marche adds to the list of projects competing at the fifth annual International Yacht & Aviation Awards 2015.
With interior design from Pierluigi Floris of PFA design and Marco Veglia, Stella di Mare features a linear and contemporary interior.
The project Darwin 96 Stella di Mare is an the evolution of the model 86, but, from the younger sister retains the intimate elegance, with greater availability in terms of space and amenities.
The interior is developed around a theme: the search for lightness. A smooth colour palette and luxury materials such as natural Elm, open pore white Elm and Travertino marbles, Stella di Mare boasts an interior style that is lush, luxurious and welcoming. This in addition to the large windows ensures a feel modern, clean and warm at the same time, thanks to the elm colours that change from brown to golden reflections .
An Italian superyacht often means Italian design, and Stella di Mare is certainly no exception. With all interiors her style is perfectly contemporary and light, with sleek lines and modern, soft shapes. Overall, Stella di Mare offers an impressive, subtle and stylish take on superyachting.
