Background
Tim is known for his analytical approach, strategic thinking and creative talent. He has a reputation for delivering projects that integrate and enhance the natural built environment. In 2007, Tim set up Tim Flynn Architects (TFA) in London with offices in Yerevan and Moscow to support his projects in Russia and Armenia. TFA has quickly grown since this time into a strong international team of architects and designers, offering a sustainable approach to living and working spaces. The philosophy of listening and collaboration is at the heart of TFA. Instead of imposing a strict signature style, TFA treats every project as a journey that starts and ends with the individual vision of the client.

In what direction do you feel that design is moving towards in a general sense?

Name five key themes to consider when approaching property development in 2015 and beyond

If you could offer one piece of advice when it comes to development projects, what would it be?

How important are The International Design and Architecture Awards as recognition of talent and achievement?
ID&A is a well-recognised organisation within the architecture profession and awards acknowledge the hard work and skills required from architects and designers in order to create magnificent spaces that otherwise wouldn’t become known to the public.
