UK & European Designers Join Leading Global Yacht & Aviation Companies In Venice Next Month at The International Yacht & Aviation Awards Hotel Cipriani – 24 May 2019

Whilst Europe waits eagerly for Brexit updates and the UK continues to negotiate its departure, designers and yacht and aviation sector leaders continue to work together, and come together as a global industry, to celebrate their work.

The 9th annual International Yacht & Aviation Awards Ceremony will take place once again at Venice’s most prestigious location, Hotel Cipriani, on 24 May. “The back drop of St Mark’s Square as seen from the water, has to be one of the most inspirational viewpoints in the world from a design and architectural perspective”, design et al Publisher Joanne Beedles commented. “So for this reason Venice is the ideal location to celebrate design on a global scale such as this.”

The Awards are unique in the industry as they concentrate solely on design, rather than looking at technical capabilities, and are voted for by industry professionals rather than a small panel of judges. “Why have 5 industry professionals judging when you can have thousands” Joanne continued. “The voting process ensures objectivity and brings a true fairness to the awards, but more than this it enables the PR and reach of this process to become global and targeted.”
