This 4-storey villa aims to be one of the most luxurious and top-tier villas in Beijing, China. Shadow Creek Villa is located along the highway towards the international airport in Beijing’s Shunyi District, an area that is well known for being a high-end, low-density residential district. Villa 240 is one of the 200 detached villas of elegant European architecture. Ronald Lu & Partners have successfully crafted a 4-storey 1,020 square metres living space catering to the owner’s luxurious French stylish lifestyle.
Elegance, craftsmanship, and integration embraced the interior space. Ronald Lu & Partners used white, beige and champagne gold colours to theme the interiors. All living functions are meticulously arranged and integrated. Guests are welcomed on the ground floor by the bespoke staircase and balcony in the living lounge with extra high ceilings, the patterned carpet also became a stylish art piece for the space. A socialising lounge, dining halls with different capacities, an indoor swimming pool, and a wine lounge are arranged at the basement level, carrying forward the owner’s glamorous taste; Swarovski crystals, metallic details echoed within the living lounge.
The owners private living zones are arranged on the second and third floor, connecting via a custom designed spiral staircase. Elegant white leather and wood finishes accompanied with featured glass created unique living interiors for tasteful living. A uniquely luxurious “royal” style was created through the selection of materials, fabrics and upholstery. A layered arrangement of spaces and layouts with a colour palette combining of light grey and earth tones, as well as light beige and white. The featured embellishments give depth to the intricately-layered high-ceilinged space. Large hanging streamlined chandeliers and bespoke spiral staircases in the living rooms further strengthen the ambience.
The classic grid and checker patterned mirrors on the ceilings and exquisite craftsmanship further expand the volume of the space. The interiors were specially designed to provide a layered arrangement of spaces, replacing the usual layout favouring individual rooms and functionality. For the master bedroom, decorative laminate is used across the walls, giving rise to a rich visual effect. The patterned marble in the bathroom further reinforces the feeling of luxury and extravagance. This round-cornered room with its comfortable rugs, arouses a warm, homey feel on top of the sensation of perfect luxury.
