The hotel features innovative use of unique pieces such as cocuchas, pottery pieces from Michoacán with a technique that has survived from its beginning in the late 1500 b.c, which were used by Mexican ancestors to store rice or any other grain at that time. Now with the sensitive view of the interior designer, Victoria Plasencia, have become a relevant piece embellishing and separating areas through the hotel. Embroidery Huichol art from Jalisco, Black pottery and Alebrijes from Oaxaca are some of the art integrated into the design, a beautiful place for a high-end experience with a high compromise with the community and artisans.

There are several favourite aspects but the most important one is the Mexican artisan’s contribution, the hotel is proud to share with their guests the culture and their roots, while promoting their art and helping with it, their communities. The passion and excitement were rife when creating the unique pieces designed by Victoria Plasencia, a very sensitive woman with an incomparable vision and understanding of the core of the hotel’s goal.
