This modern family house for everyday living, is set within a classic yet dynamic, imposing exterior.The brief was to create a new family home that has all the modern advances, whilst still being family friendly. Maison Projects ensured that the design was different to that of the average new build, without going too adverse that it would alienate the future market.
Central to the rear of the house is a superb kitchen/ breakfast/ family room, which has relationships with five further reception rooms. The sweeping staircase leads you to five bedroom suites on the first floor and a bridge at the second floor, links the two rooms in the top of the house.
Contemporary cornicing can be found in all living areas, halls and throughout the bedrooms and doors of real wood veneer, with book matched veneers to the double doors.Under floor heating can be found throughout with full independent zoned/room controls & central control system.
