design et al are delighted to announce that Nous Design will compete for the Restaurant Award in the International Hotel & Property Awards 2014 with Madhu’s Restaurant in Southall.
This is a hi end Indian restaurant with a new concept of open show cooking and with large robbatta grill sponsored by Chivas Regal.
The Madhu’s restaurant is a long running traditional Indian restaurant in based Southall. The owner decided to create a new concept restaurant promoting healthy cooking with a new large open cooking area which includes a large robatta grill Tandoori oven and costume made cooking devises.
Approached by the Owner, Nous Design took onboard the vision in order to design and procure this hi end luxury vision and turn it into reality. This restaurant has bespoke features such as the unique bar and private dining rooms sponsored by Chivas Regal, bespoke furniture such as the unique sizes of tables to enhance the guest’s luxury experience, and more intimate banquette seating area.
The design is built around the guest experience and all the features and items are produced to take that experience to a new level.
