Prestige Exclusive Lifestyle have been shortlisted for the Residential £1-£2.5 Million (Property Value) award in the International Design & Architecture Awards 2015.

The project was a maisonette in Chelsea. The apartment was quite dated with two bedrooms and one bathroom at the first floor and living room, dining room and kitchen at the ground floor with access to a large rear patio area.

During the 6 months of the project, Marco Braghiroli, director of Prestige Exclusive Lifestyle, and his team created, thanks to a complex structural jigsaw, two bedrooms with each an en-suite bathroom and a landing linen cupboard whilst downstairs they have maintained the living room and dining room area, introduced a cloak room under the stairs and double the size of the kitchen still within the existing walls.

The designer’s favourite of the project is the continuity of the details in the joinery which, created a beautiful flow in the design. The overall balance of design proportion had the client overwhelmed by result.
