David Chang Design Associates International ltd have been successfully shortlisted in the Residential £10 Million+ category (project value) with their project ‘Chinoiserie Villa’.

A fusion of modern and classic, the Beijing Chinoiserie N2 Villa is vibrant in colour, structurally fitting, full of imagery, unbounded by time and space with material selections, lush romanticism decor, signifying the underlying concept of discovery of the historical Silk Road. Deriving from endless treasures of Dunhuang, decorative motifs of Persian cabinets, golden brass rounded mirror, leather floor, polished and matte finished engineered Silver Shadow Rain wood veneer, galuchat, shell mosaics, agate, leather with pressed brass edging stairs are all following another Chinoiserie’s interpretation of tracing historical referencing to the prosperous and splendor beauties of the Celadon Era, depicting a magnificent picture of the blending of eastern and western culture. Total 800 square metres; 3 floors (including basement) with attic floor; highest ceiling height is 4 metres from finishing floor.
