The Yvette Taylor London team was appointed to design interior for this marvellous six-bedroom modern villa set in the hills of the island Ibiza. The villa benefits from its outstanding location having stunning views over the sea and nearby hills. The garden is level and offers a tranquil area for the family to rest around the pool.

The brief from the young German family led to the creation of a modern chic interior incorporating items from renowned design brands. The living and dining areas were spacious permitting two large corner sofas. A light colour scheme decorated the entertaining spaces, and leather with cotton for upholsteries. To keep the stunning sea view accessible, semi-transparent light linen sheers dressed the large windows.  A Siematic kitchen equipped with Gaggenau appliances were supplied. As a feature, the solid walnut 6cm thick cut top of the informal dining table was used as the part of the kitchen area.

The owners wanted their master bedroom to be inspired by the surrounding hills and asked for leather, natural wood and stone.  Yvette Taylor London incorporated a fireplace to the bedroom with a bioethanol burner and the walls were clad with the dark version of Mallorquin stone.  Bleached oak was used for the wooden flooring and the wooden ceiling which was painted in a cream tone. The same stone was employed in the master bedroom in combination with a ‘hammered’ natural sandstone.  L’Antic Colonial manufactured the beautiful freestanding bath from Cappuccino grey stone. The rectangular basins were also made of the same stone together with the sleek worktop. In addition, Dornbracht tabs and showers were incorporated. Zebrano veneer was selected for the vanity units in combination with bleached oak for the flooring.
