Founded in September 2019, Ava Innes is the new Scottish brand, based in Elgin, with a passion for sleep, cashmere and sustainability, offering duvets, natural wool pillows and cashmere accessories, all made in the UK. Naturally weighted, our duvets offer the perfect balance of warmth, weight and breathability.
Our first-to-market duvets (IP Pending) are unique, filled with a dream blend of cashmere guard hair (considered a by-product of the luxury cashmere industry) with a touch of British wool, encased in organic cotton and made in Yorkshire. We are proud to support British manufacturing and the Scottish textiles industry.
For Ava Innes, luxury starts and ends with good nature. It is defined by ‘doing good, by doing better.’ It’s about the quality and sustainability of the natural materials we source and the relationships we forge, from supporting industry partners, to proudly manufacturing in the UK and all those enjoying the simple luxury of sleeping under cashmere. We believe in a circular economy, finding resourceful ways to use and extend the life of our materials and give back to people and the planet.
With a strong commitment to sustainability, driven by a need to make better use of our natural resources, we source our cashmere guard hair from Afghanistan. Furthermore, we donate 10% of our profits to Afghanaid who support essential life skills training for women in the region.
